Expectal Statement of Privacy

3. PRODUCT VERSIONS

Each product comes in two versions. A Free and a full version.

The free version of the Product is available for a free download from our website. The free version does not have any usage restrictions. The free version shows Expectal's advertisement in the product. This advertisement can be changed as often as we want. Advertisement can contain any content we want.

The full version is a paid version of the Product. Full version of the Product does not contain any advertisement. Full version is restricted to one URL only (for more information please ready product information page on our web site).

All information stated below this section covers both versions of the Products.

4. MODIFICATION TO PRODUCTS

Expectal reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Products with or without prior notice. You agree that Expectal shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Products.

5. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Expectal does not take any responsibility for possible partial or full malfunctioning of any Product in future versions of Macromedia Flash Player and Internet browsers (after 1.9.2005). In case of any malfunction or incompatibility we can try to fix the problem and offer free a download of a fixed, upgraded or new version of the product.

6. PAYMENT

You acknowledge that 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of Expectal and that Expectal shall not be obligated to provide any of the Products to you unless it has received payment for the applicable fee. You agree to pay applicable one-time fee for the selected Product. We don't have any money back guarantee. After you pay the price for any Product, You cannot apply any reclamation with money back request. The free version (of the product with no usage restrictions) availability is assumed to be a proof of your satisfaction of our product before purchase.

Expectal keeps the right of not accepting the payment from the user without any explanation or further notice.

7. PRIVACY

8. PROHIBITED USE

You acknowledge that Expectal does not take any responsibility for the material or content that you publish or transmit using the Product.
